Pure Silk Bags LPGA Deal
(2/1/10): Pure Silk recently signed sponsorship deals with five competing members of the Ladies Professional Golf Association.
Brittany Lincicome, 24, is rapidly gaining respect in the golf community with one of the longest drives in women’s golf. Recently, she won the Kraft Nabisco Championship, one of four major tournaments in the LPGA.
The other professional golfers include Jean Reynolds, a rising star on the major circuits; Jeong Jang (JJ), a consistent top-ten finisher and winner of two LPGA tournaments; Jill McGill, a 14-year tour veteran; and Stacy Lewis, who has led several majors and garnered several top-ten wins.
The first domestic tournament featuring these golfers will be March 26 at the LPGA Classic Presented by J Golf in Carlsbad, California.
